MSFS2024 Scenery Editor 'Snap To Normal' Transforms

Context: When moving an object in Scenery Editor with ‘Snap to Normal’ selected

Bug description: When moving an object in scenery editor which has ‘snap to normal’ box ticked the object flips 90 degrees and appears to snap to ‘Z’ axis up rather than ‘Y’ axis up as previously used in 2020. It also includes fs-base objects as shown in my screenshots

Repro steps: Load any project in 2024, add any fs-base object and select ‘snap to normal’ then move the object with the gizmo.
