Our aircraft at the marketplace is inaccessible for use when streamed

Hello guys,

I’ve been communicating with Microsoft marketplace team about this issue. They told me to reach out to you regarding this problem.

The issue is our aircraft is not accessible for streaming when is selected. The game freezes when it’s chosen.

We have tried on XBOX and PC and no luck.
Can you please help us with this?

I can submit a private video clip to demonstrate if necessary.

What’s your package name and your game version ?
Can you confirm that It works when in community folder but not in streaming ?

I can confirm it works when it’s in the community folder.

Our aircraft is the BravoAirspace 787-8 and 787-9.

As for the game version, the issue is on any of the latest version. Either is SU1 beta or not.

Users are able to select and stream other 2020 planes yet our 787 isn’t accessible as it freezes our games.

But your aircraft need default 787 right ?

It does need the 787v1 installed but that’s not the problem. We have confirmed the 4simmers 787-9 can be selected and is flyable via streaming. Therefor our issue is deeper which only Asobo can determine.
