Bug description: Using movement keys, if you hold down the key more then 2 seconds, the movement ‘continues and continues’. Never has MSFS done this in the past, so it seems like a bug. Is this meant to be a new item/feature/common animation, or is this a bug that needs to still be ironed out? I think it would be nice if we could have the old version movement back, or perhaps a way (option) to have the old way back.
For instance, when frame rates are slow, we hold down the movement keys longer. But then you start turning and turning and turning, and your flight can get messed up bad, as it seems to not want to stop animating/turning/moving.
2nd For Instance, walking around the plane, you can easily walk through the fuselage or wing, or past your plane or turn around 280 degrees by mistake.
The idea is, normally, on all games that use movement and rotation keys, that you hold down the key until you need to stop. Here, now with 2024, if you keep your finger down on the key, then it runs for a crazy long time. Trying to stop it is difficult. Its like a malfunction, to me.
Repro steps:
In cockpit, using the shift and left or right arrow keys to rotate your view, holding down for a long second, you keep rotating and you are now looking backwards instead of out the side window. Walking up to your plane using movement key, you let off the key and you keep walking and walking and walking.
