PackageBuilder complains that the following package it supposedly missing, though it’s not entirely clear why it looks for it as it is neither referenced in the project XML nor in the package definitions XML:
Do you still encouter this behavior ?
It could be a shortcut or a program configurer to start the package tool refencing this project.

I just checked it again with the same package but didn’t see it anymore.
