Passengers don't show up by default

Version: 1.1.10.0

Frequency: Consistently

Severity:

Context: In flight

Similar MSFS 2020 issue: No

Bug description:

Per the docs: Commercial Flights And Passengers
This isn’t true:

If you just want to see the passengers already in the aircraft, then you can spawn at a parking spot with no ramp/jetway, or simply start the flight directly on the runway, or even in the air. By default, if everything is configured correctly, all the passengers will already be sitting in your aircraft.

Repro steps:

  1. Load DA62 at KEDW on the runway
  2. Check the cabin

Expected: I expect all the passengers will already be sitting in my aircraft.
Actual: Copilot is the only human visible.

This is also on my list of todos.
I assume we have to use the attachment system now?

Follow the doc link above. it explains how to set up a nav graph. There is a lot of stuff around seatbelts but that is optional.

I don’t have it working, and I can’t get it to work. This bug probably sounds like an end-user complaint, but the problem is that none of the strategies to show pax are working:

  1. career tool
  2. cabin service tool
  3. show-by-default (this topic)

I think there is also a way to ask ATC for boarding, I’ll try that later. But redoing each of these steps only to find it doesn’t work is tedious–having the pax show by default would be one thing that makes this easier and the docs say it should be so.
