Where elevation (altitude) of a polygon is saved ? I have checked the SHP file
created by the sim but no elevation ifo is stored there
It has to be stored as the Z attribute of the polygon points (POLYGON TYPE Z)
which means each point needs latitude, longitude and elevation. It needs to be
done in a GIS program.
Just opened a shp created in dev mode, elevation is stored where it is
supposed to be placed: z value of each point, which is wise and pretty
convenient, because you can create shapes with external tools
Indeed, the gizmo can place the elevation of a terraform poly.
