Project Editor Window not (longer) free moveable

Perhaps since a new installation of WIN11 (and FS2020) the SDK Project Editor window and also all other SDK windows like Inspector window are not longer free moveable.
They “stuck” within the main window of the FS2020 independently of the Windowed mode or the Full Screen Mode

Is there a simple solution? Thanks!

grab the upper left triangle with the line over it. that should help.
