Questions and answers

This is directed, respectfully, at the Asobo team: It would be super helpful
if, rather than ignoring (or not responding to) issues/bugs/requests you do
not intend to fix/deal with, you’d just tell us you’re not going to do so…
This way, we can at least move on to other things/methods rather than waiting
and hoping. Thanks. Colin

Sadly, this place became a community rather than developer support forum. I
missed 2 months from the date when I had to submit my aircraft for MS
marketplace approval, but can’t do it because of major issues added in
SU6/SU7. Still waiting for a response about future fixes or workarounds.

It’s worth noting that this appears to only apply to aircraft development &
flight model issues. Scenery & airports always take priority in terms of
answers and dev time. It’s very much the wrong approach; if you look at
popular criticism about MSFS then negative opinions on scenery are almost non-
existent whilst it is widely considered to have to least flexible, hardest to
work with and most inaccurate aircraft & flight model of all the current sims
on the market.

But, because scenery is easiest… and it can, in general, go to Xbox… it’s
a guaranteed money maker… @Asobo… please, PLEASE… answer…

Hello. We don’t ignore issues/bugs/requests on purpose based on whether we
intend to address/develop those. The explanation is simpler, we don’t have
enough resources to answer everyone and test every single issue at the moment.
Also the time we dedicate at answering questions here is varying. For
instance, I have very little time at the moment because SU8 preparation and
testing takes priority. @thealx is right to say that until we have more
resources, the community support aspect of this platform is important. That
said, If your question has not been answered, can only be answered by Asobo
and you end up stuck in your development, keep updating the post and tagging
me directly. Regards, Sylvain

I confirm that scenery issues are handled fast. And Krazycolin
is probably right that those take minutes to
replicate while aircraft issues can generally be much more complex.
