Reassigning an ICAO code to a new airfield

We have the same issue as the post found here:

I’m developing a scenario but I came across an ICAO problem again, the ICAO corresponding to the airport is erroneously associated with a farm airport, how should I proceed to inactivate the ICAO of the farm’s aero so I can use it in the correct place?

Am I correct in assuming the same limitation exists in MSFS 2024?
I’ve tried creating a package with a “Close Airport” and all types of Airport excludes, but it doesn’t seem possible to replace the name of the incorrect airfield with the new one.

This same limitation also prevents us fixing airfield names that are incorrect.

Any chance of allowing us to rename and reassign ICAO codes?

Yes, we have the same limitation.
Such cases need to be reported through Zendesk.
