We will have a fix for this in SU4.
This was caused by the metallic factor being set to 10 for that particular material.
This is not supposed to be possible with our tool chain but that model seems to have been exported using ModelConverterX.
The value was also clamped to 1 in MSFS 2020, which is what we will reintroduce in MSFS 2024 SU4.

It must have been capped from launch on Xbox as it’s always looked good on console.

This is fixed in SU4 beta.
So this should no longer occur, even with incorrect metallic setup.
