Shadow quality inside cokpit

We were wondering if there have been any changes to the shadow sphere in MSFS 2024?

We noticed that the Debug/Aircrafts/Shadow Sphere option is no longer there, but it’s still possible to set the ShadowCenter in the camera.cfg.

A couple of questions:

Does ShadowCenter still affect cockpit shadow quality, or is it no longer used?
It looks like the size of the interior bounding box might impact shadow quality — bigger boxes seem to cause jagged or lower-quality shadows inside the cockpit.

Could we have confirmation on that?

The “Shadow Center” camera subcategory is no longer used.
In cockpit view, shadow maps are now positioned and sized based on camera frustum.
Bounding volumes are only used to adjust shadows in the context of external cameras.

So bounding volume should not play a role in the quality of shadows.
If that’s what you observe still, can you demonstrate what you are changing exactly and what’s the impact on shadows please?
