Shrubs, and Shrubs instead of trees biomes are missing

Version: 1.4.7.0 Frequency: Consistently Severity: High Bug description: The vegetation polygon biome overrides for both Scrub and ScrubSmall are no longer selectable in the SU2 beta. If these poly types already exist in the scenery, you can copy the data from that polygon and paste it to a new one as a work-around. [Screenshot 2025-03-28 154207]
