SimConnect_CameraSetRelative6DOF pitch is opposite FSX

Bug description:
The pitch offset for SimConnect_CameraSetRelative6DOF works opposite to FSX/P3D. In FSX/P3D a positive values pitches DOWN, in MSFS this pitches UP. Would be nice if MSFS could be consistent with PRIOR ART, right??

Repro steps:

  1. Call SimConnect_CameraSetRelative6DOF with a positive pitch value. The camera pitches UP instead of down.

This function is obsolete in MSFS SDK context and is not maintained.
And to anticipate any claim that fixing this would be simple, this call causes rendering and performance issues.
So no progress is expected until we can come up with an alternative.
