When I start the sim, my mouse on my PC will start to become jerky. It does this for a while then stops being jerky for a while and then gets jerky again.
Is this my system or does anyone else have this issue?
This happens outside the sim, but when the sim is running. If I stop the sim, the mouse seems to behave. If I try to do anything in a text editor or Blender the mouse is responding funny.

Give me 1 week or two to test… but this was consistent all thru SU15.

Not happening as often but still happens. Mostly for me is that after a few hours of blender export, sim build test, repeat. Maybe a slow memory leak, as once in a while the sound pack file is “use by another process error” when I have only been building one project continuously. It takes a while for it to happen.
Does it look like it forces the cursor to the center of the screen?
No not really - just does not move the pointer on the screen for a 1/2 second o full second - and then jumps to a position, I’ll try to record a video if I can.
It happens pretty much all the time when im in VR, with VR controls OFF.
