[Suggestion] Leave the edited scenery mounted

This might be useful for the full DevMode editor as well: it would be nice if we had an option to leave the current edited scenery mounted when exiting the editor.

This will give the following improvements:

  • We could test the airport by flying an actual airplane on it. For example (this applies mainly to the full DevMode editor), to verify if a terraforming correction we just applied might have issues with the plane ground handling, so we can just go back and fix it.

  • It would be very useful if all AI airplanes were regenerated as well, so we might test immediately the effect of all parking spot’s locations, sizes, types, and connections, hold short behaviors, and anything else that would affect AI planes.

  • We could test the fps quickly without the DevMode editor altering the results.

Right now, all of these requires exiting the sim, copying the built package in the Community folder, and restarting the sim again, which wastes a lot of time.

The option might just be a checkmark in DevMode saying something like “Keep the edited scenery mounted”, which would keep it mounted until the sim is closed so, for the whole session, it would be possible to enter/exit DevMode with no changes to the visible scenery.
