It took me a few days and some grey hairs to figure it out, so I thought I
share it with you. I was working in a large 3DS Max file. Hundreds of objects
and materials. Suddenly Max crashed. I could never reopen the file I had to
revert back to an autobackup. After that in the whole scene on none of the
object was any texture shown. I thought the plugin is broken, installed the
latest SDK but did not solve it. If I created a new material and applied it
then it worked. Turned out that when I recovered the file all UV Tiling
setting was zerod out. I had to reset on all materials to 1-1 to make it work
again: So if you encounter
something like this, you might have the solution a little bit earlier.
