The base/outline of default taxiways and aprons are not excluded

Version: 1.2.7.0

Frequency: Consistently

Severity: High
Severely degrades the appearance of the scene, and I’m unable to do any sort of work with precision. It looks like a complete mess with flat barren spots where grass and nice even apron edges should meet.

Context: Community and editor

Bug description:
The outlines of default aprons, or some form of underlying asphalt texture remains even after excluding default aprons and the entirety of the airport.

I first noticed it as sloppy edges around pavement in a FS2020 package ported over to FS2024, and posted a thread about it last night. I’ve since narrowed it down to it being a bug where part of the default airport is still bleeding through.

I have tried to troubleshoot it several ways: Nothing excludes it, any grass apron or poly covering it will only partially grow grass if at all, and it is also not tied to the underlying imagery, as I have a custom CGL aerial. To further confirm that, I swapped out the aerial image for an image that’s entirely a flat color and the issue remains. It also appears that aprons are not entirely excluding grass where they should be, but that’s a different issue.

Edit with more info: the problem areas have the same material as the OSM roads! Which also cannot be excluded no matter what I do.

Repro steps:
This is at specifically at Mountain Empire Airport (KMKJ), but I have seen the ugly edges in my other projects. A quick way to see it is create a new airport package and under delete command, delete all aprons. The base will remain.
