Undocked Instrument not interactable

Context: Might actually be a general problem, but has not been picked up yet

Bug description:
When attempting to interact with an undocked instrument, interaction does not work, UNLESS, the undocked instrument is snapped to the left or right of the monitor

Repro steps:
Open PMDG Tablet, undock it using alt+click, switch apps, and attempt to go home with the home button in the status bar. Please see attachment below for further details.
