Applying water material in the 2024 SDK shows the required result, however when the project is built and used the water material is not showing.

It appears the water material is not getting added in the build.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?

This is a bug.
Apply a material in the SDK and it looks like what you want. Try water, and mousa but I think it applies to all.
Build the package, reload community folder, restart sim and the materials are not looking like they did in the SDK.
Open the SDK and the materials are what was wanted.
They are not getting added when building the project.
