withExterior_showInterior_hideFirstLod=true hides all LOD's

Bug description: Setting this value withExterior_showInterior_hideFirstLod to true should hide LOD0 from the exterior camera. But it hides all LOD’s. I also ensured my LOD’s end with _LOD0, _LOD1, _LOD2 ect…

I also used just a box for each LOD to test to ensure this had nothing to do with vertex limits.

Some aircraft use custom animated pilots for biplanes and we must have a method to use our own pilot mesh character.
