In the SDK, some A:vars are defined as READ ONLY, and some you can write to – by normal Simconnect read/write calls.
If there any way to FORCE a write to normally READ ONLY A:var, by some other method, like some special write call ?
I appreciate by doing so, (if possible), it might be fighting the sim, that may be repeated setting that A:var to some sim determined value …
