I purchased a plane[XtremeAir Sbach 342(XA42) LivToAir] on Microsoft flight simulator(Xbox console) a while back and now it has been removed from the game for future purchases for anyone else as well as no updates for the current plane I have purchased which makes it unusable because it crashes my game every time I try to use it. I would like a full refund as this is robbery to sell me something and then take it away without any mention of it or a refund offer. It’s a shame that I even have to bring it up. But now that I have brought it to the attention of Xbox support they have sent me here without offering me a possible refund or in-game credit. How is this website going to help achieve a solution? Xbox support and Microsoft seem to be blaming the third party claiming it is their fault and I would have to get a refund or in-game credits from this third party that makes the plane.

This is the forum for third-party developers (myself included), where we all post threads about bugs, issues or suggestions for the SDK and DevMode, which is essential for us 3rd-party devs to create content. Since your issue does not have anything to do with the SDK or DevMode, I kindly suggest you to report the issue on the MSFS Zendesk Portal. Please keep asking there (if required) until you have an answer.
