Airport Loading is Hanging based upon Graphics Setting

Context: Custom Airport, FS20 project opened and built in FS24 sdk

Bug description: After selecting airport, it seems to hang, loading infinitely
above airport when settings are on “High” or “Ultra” preset. If i change the setting to medium or low, the airport loads very quickly. Airport is yet to be optimized for performance but in its current form vertex count and draw calls are not ridiculous. So i don’t understand.

Also when opening any project in the SDK no models will load unless, i either take my graphics setting off of ultra, or build the project.

Repro steps:
With setting on Ultra, I select a spawn location in the sky more than a certain distance from the airport, and it then spawns me in. I then slew to the airport and everything is Visually fine with the airport.
