Airport Procedural Characters are too performance demanding( Too much draw calls)

Context: Native FS24 Project

Bug description: The passengers look beautiful. They do have a lot of Vertices up close but that shouldn’t be much of an issue as they decrease dramatically with the lower LODs.
BUT, the draw calls are still very high in the lower LODS.
Here is up close, demanding but ok.

Now we move away Vertices Drop off nicely but still 260 Draw calls?
My entire airport in around 1050 draw calls at it’s max.

Realistically using these assets to fill up my airport would require 20+ of these, But the draw calls just won’t allow that to happen without losing lots of frames. I tested it and the characters alone were about 3000 draw calls while i was outside the terminal building a decent distance away. Can these assets’ draw calls be optimized better for performance?

Also, all the individual characters are either drinking coffee or on the phone, so if i place them individually they’ll all be on there phone or drinking.
