For whose who want the straight answer:
it doesn’t matter. As long as the editing logic is preserved. In the example, both curves must have the same name.
I’ve been naming only the straight-through parts as the turns could really be either name, depending on which taxiway you are coming from/going to.
The exception to this is when they connect with a runway, I just name all segments as the taxiway.
