A light’s intensity can be set using A:LIGHT POTENTIOMETER:X. However, I
cannot find anything to set the color. If this is not possible, it would be
great to have simvars like A:LIGHT EMITTER COLOR R/G/B or something. If it’s
not already a thing I could convert this to an idea. This would be useful for
cabin lighting in airliners.

In the meantime if you add 3 lights (red+green+blue) on the same spot and
create a control to adjust the potentiometer of each, you can get your RGB
