Meshes with decal material are flickering

Version: 1.2.8.0

High - critical but workarounds are available, important feature not working as expected, frequent enough to impact production
Blocker - prevents from working on the project, prevents from releasing the product)

Marketplace package name: if applicable

Context: What package? When editing or mounted from Community? In main menu or in flight? etc…

**Bug description:My decals that previosly worked in MSFS 2020 have started flickering in MSFS 2024. To be sure I recreated the materials and gave them the material type decal but it does not solve the problem. the decal meshes are slightly on top of the fuselage mesh and at the moment the end result looks as if I had used the standard material. In 2020 the supression of the flickering worked perfectly, right now it seems to be broken. My understanding in 2020 was that the decal material is made exactly for that scenario, to prevent flickering with meshes that are very close to each other.

**Repro steps:Create a decal mesh that is slightly above a fuselage or other mesh (not to the point where there would be a visible gap, just a tiny bit), give it the decal material. Export with the latest blender exporter. Inside the sim you might have to wait a moment, for me personally it takes about 1 minute after building until the flickering starts.
