Pose of animated character not consistent between sim sessions

Context: When loading an unreleased 3rd-party scenery located in my local Community folder

Bug description: I have several characters that use bones/skinning for ambient animations. Since this SU2 update, the characters randomly switch between loading in the default pose and the correct animated pose. However they load, they seem to remain for the session, even if I move miles away from the scenery and return. I have discovered no pattern to which pose they will load using.

Repro steps: Load sim, choose location of scenery, start a flight.

If you still encounter this behavior in the last SU2 update, we will need at least a sample (with gltf/bin/xml) that reproduce the issue.

See section 3) Provide Private Content.
