SDK: SLEW events don't work

Hmmmm. There are a lot of simconnect events that don’t work.

None of the slew commands work. eg.
AXIS_SLEW_AHEAD_SET
SLEW_AHEAD_PLUS

I hope someone as Asobo can look at these…as well as the sound, camera, pause etc.
