[VR] Arresting wires cause flashing artefacts

Similar MSFS 2020 issue:
There already was an existing graphics bug, but this was contained to the wires itself, and didn’t show up on the whole screen.

Bug description:
When flying around aircraft carriers that use the built-in arresting wires, artefacts flash on the left eye:


The artefacts look the same as the arresting wires, with the weird untextured wireframe look (related bug: CARRIER FUNCTIONALITIES - Custom carrier...missing arrestor wires textures?).

The right eye doesn’t render the arresting wires, or the artefacts. So maybe the right eye geometry is showing up distorted on the left eye?

Repro steps:
Spawn at an aircraft carrier in VR mode. You’ll see the flashing artefacts whenever you’re close to the ship.
